ROS for rework order

Dear Experts,

I am trying to create a rework production order without material (CO07) . I have a ROS with correct validity and lot range, but when I am creating the order it is not able to find the ROS. If I assign manually also , still it is not taking it. My requirement is to take the ROS automatically. Please check the screenshots attached and let me know if I have made any mistake in SPRO.

Hello,

I think this could be due to Selection ID 01 in OPL8 setting which is checking for N type of task list.

In OPJF create new Selection ID with task list type = S Reference Operation Set

Assign it in OPL8 and then create new order and check it.

Thank you. It is working now. But the pop up box to search ROS is still appearing. Can we select it automatically as i have only one ROS for the plant.

Hello,

Good to know that, it is working, reference operation set is not specific to material, it maintain at plant level. So it not possible to automatic selection. Also rework order is also without material. You don't know what are operations need to be reworked,

You can have only one ROS at plant level and assign that during order creation.
