ROS for rework order

Dear Experts,

I am trying to create a rework production order without material (CO07) . I have a ROS with correct validity and lot range, but when I am creating the order it is not able to find the ROS. If I assign manually also , still it is not taking it. My requirement is to take the ROS automatically. Please check the screenshots attached and let me know if I have made any mistake in SPRO.
