I suggest you to open a Support Incident, we can do a further analyze in your environment.

Please, provide us the following:
1- version of SAP Customer Checkout
2- version of SAP Business One? Hana or SQL?
3- version of B1if scenarios
4- log files
5- In the B1if, is the connection with this database working fine?
