Error message during transfer of PO close status via CIG

Dear Colleagues,

I am doing Ariba CIG implementation and integrating to ERP system

I am trying to send PO close status to ERP via CIG but getting below error

Can you please guide if you face similar kind of error?

Generally this error occurs if the standard mapping is not uploaded for that specific version or customer sending with wrong namespace where we can't identify the document type in order to choose the right mapping.

If you still have issue, please provide more details or kindly open Ariba ticket.
