What is the possibility of extending session timeout for LMS beyond 30 minutes through SSO?

Learning management system(LMS) is integrated with the SF Bizx Suite and session timeout for LMS needs to be extended beyond 30 mins of default time .

The timeout cannot be extended. If users are interacting with anything in the LMS (not content), then the session should be refreshed. If the user is interacting with content, in LMS_ADMIN property file as long as contentStructurePageKeepAliveInterval=300 is set (this is the default value), then the user session will be refreshed every 5 minutes.

I personally found this is totally not acceptable. Other LMS systems (e.g. Moodle), can easily change the session-timeout setting to more than 4 hours (see https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=370502). I really don't understand WHY SAP (at least BizX) has a "hard default setting" of 30 minutes and it can not be changed. This is really frustrating.

We made the user status change 24 hour earlier but still the reportee is shown in supervisor profile.
