SAP CPI Cloud Foundry Trial Provision gets stuck then fails

The cloud foundry trial tenant provisioning loads up to 21% then hangs for a few hours and it fails. I tried repeating the provisioning, it loaded up to 42% percent then hung for hours again...

I believe this is the only outlet for trial account support. I'm supporting partners and customers who are using the CPI trial account.

Hi Moe/Gowtham,

Any chance you were able to resolve this issue. Even I'm facing the same problem even after several tries. Could you help me on what needs to be done to overcome this apart from retrying it ? or Retrying is the only the option ?

Hello Moe,

Can you please try today again one last time? I checked the provisioning in a trial account and it worked for me. It might have been a temporary issue. If you still face issues, please feel free to contact me.

I had the same problem happen to me today and yesterday. One that was stuck at 0% for going on 22 hours. I then used another email address to try and get one going. It is now stuck at 36%

Hello everybody,

i have the same problem and retried today many times to provisioning my cpi trial account.

to avoid a half initialised provisioning, i unsubscribed cpi and tried again bad without success.

The Provisioning progress stucks everytime at 95 percent and then fails.

I created my cpi tenant with this setup https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/cp-starter-integration-cpi-onboard-subscribe.html

Hello everyone,

I have this issue for 2 days now. Tenant provisioning for CPI is stuck at 83 percent. I have even created a new trial account and restarted the process but again it got stuck at 83%.

Here are my details:

Global Account: 5c4d27c0trial - Subaccounts Subdomain: 5c4d27c0trial-ga

Fixed by creating new trial account using the US server. It seems the issue was related to EU server.

Hi Experts,

I am facing similar kind of issues with my Tenant provisioning.

It is getting stuck after completion of 18 percent. I closed the browser & retried multiple times.

But I can see the same problem persists.

Here are my trial account details:

Global Account: 85aa4789trial Subaccount: trial

Error Message: Tenant provisioning is in progress and it can take 20 minutes. Please wait for the provisioning to complete before creating service broker instances.

Please suggest the needful so that I can set up the tenant provisioning successfully.

For the subaccount deletion, please contact the CP Team support, they can help.

For the Cloud Integration issue, I will ask our team to check about your account and get back to you when I have an update.

gautham.krishna : Can you please help me delete the Trial Account with all Subaccounts:

Global Account: 42a6d8c1trial -

Subaccounts Subdomain: 42a6d8c1trial-ga

I am not able to delete as it gives a Deletion failed error, also the Cloud Provisioning just hangs at 18% if I try with a new Sub-Account.

We have changed a few things and this should help. Please try reprovisioning your tenant again.

If you still do not see any progress, kindly share both your global account and subaccount ID and tag me so that I can investigate your issue specifically and get back to you.

Hi Gautham,

I am still not able to provision the CPI tenant. It worked for me the first time, but I had to Unsubscribe the "Process Integration" due to some issues and I am now not able to provision CPI again after Subscribing again.

My details are :

I am still able to access the old URL for CPI which was generated the first time, the url is :

https://42a6d8c1trial.it-cpitrial01.cfapps.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/itspaces/shell/monitoring/Overview

Is there a way by which I can add the old URL again to my Trial account.

Hello, I tried twice and noticed that the provisioning does not progress after 36 percent. I've waited for over an hour. Does it take longer ? The status is still "In Progress" but hasn't moved further after 36 percent. Can you please help.

Hello, can you please create a new subaccount, entitle it with Process Integration, and try to provision the tenant again?
