Hi All,
2 different customer info can be sent to ERP via PI in same payload when we create or delete a relationship to / from main customer. Is there any method to prevent more than 1 customer trigger in same payload in C4C system since PI can be confused due to this reason and send to wrong data to ERP system?

Hello Mertkan,
I dont think something can be done within C4C - you need to adjust this in middleware. And there is no way that PI/CPI will confuse in this situation until and unless you have customized the standard mapping object / iflow. If something unusual happens with standard content, let me know here.
