Hello Mehmoud,
The "consumer (sub)account" is the technical name of your subaccount. The one, on which you want to enable Identity Provisioning. When you open the SAP Cloud Platform cockpit, navigate to your Neo global account and then -> your subaccount.
Look at the picture below: the subaccount technical name is a letter-numeric string (next to the red arrow).
