Error in Master Data loading

Hi friends,,

while loading Masterdate I got the following error.

Data record 100 & with the key 'ZXYZ1011128133 &' for characteristic 0COSTCENTER & does not correspond to the selection['20050208'/'99991131'] & (from/to).

I saw in PSA, there is error, this I can edit and save the update manually. But I analysed this error, I found that there is always Todate is greater then the From Date.

i.e. if From date is 01-01-2006 then Todate is 01-01-2010.

is should not be same year. After seeing the other values in PSA and in Master data table, I know this. But where can I find exactly this condition is written.

I didn't find the condition in following area's....

1. In Transfer rule

2. In InfoObject routine

3. In InfoPackage Selection condition.

Except this where can I find the Condition for this Todate(Is greater then the Fromdate year)
