The trial period has expired

I just downloaded and installed the PowerDesigner 30-day trial, but upon first startup it says "The trial period has expired." (Build Version: 16.6.7.6027) Do you want to change your license configuration?" If I click "More Details" it says the following:

Failed to obtain 1 license(s) for PD_SHELL feature from license file(s) or server(s).

Cannot find license file.

The license files (or license server system network addresses) attempted are listed below.

License feature name: PD_SHELL

License filename: C:\ProgramData\PowerDesigner 16

License search path: C:\ProgramData\PowerDesigner 16

FlexNet Licensing error:-1,359. System Error: 2 "No such file or directory"

Can anyone tell me how to obtain the 30-day trial license?

You've probably installed Powerdesigner trial version on the same PC before.

The better way is find another machine to install PD

Or call your SAP sales rep, see if you can get temporary license.
