The easiest way I know to see the Rates in the Remuneration Statement (PaySlip) is to ensure that the WT has it's Rate, Number and Amount in the Payroll Results Table.
Note that the RT should have at least one line for each Rates are used in the same Payroll Period.
In the following example, there are even some lines with the same Rate but a different split is shown in the aB column.
Note that all lines with the same Rate can be merged together in the Remuneration Statement.

Hi,
You may have to store the rates in dummy wage types using a PCR(before XVAL) and print in payslip form. May be difficult to display as per your format, but possible to display one by one.
