Hi,
Our company is using SAP BUSINESS ONE and the thing is we have some users outside our local network which is also using SAP for their daily tasks. Currently, they are connecting to the SAP Server using RDP which is not really secure. So, we decided to install SAP Client to their PC or Laptop and use it to connect to the SAP Server over SonicWall SSL-VPN via Sonicwall NetExtender. After configuring the NetExtender to the client PC then we tried to login to SAP using the SAP Client 64bit and when we enter one of our users accounts an error show at the bottom of the screen and it says.
Connection to the database is lost; contact your system administrator(ODBC - 1102) [Message 131 - 183]
Please let me know if you found any solution to overcome this issue.
are ports 1433, 30000, 30001 and 40000 open?

I'm 100% sure error 1102 means connection to database failed. So just check port 1433, and if you are using custom instance name, also check 1434.
The fact that you can see the list of databases means connection to SLD is successfully, so there's no need to check that part.
