it would seem that from the 1908 release the WS BusinessPartnerRelationshipReplicationSelfInitiatedOut is no longer triggered if this information is direclty entered when creating the account.
When we open the new account and change the ownership, the WS is triggerd correctly.
We already open an incident.
do we need to make any changes to restore the previous situation?
