P3A V604 vendor key to keep target release

Hi expert,

I plan to upgrade EHP4 with P3A to EHP8.

checked some SNOTE mention cannot upgrade along with IS-OIL, IS-H...etc

so I using SUM and excluded the P3A and start upgade.

but when the step "PREP_EXTENSION/IS_SELECT", I want to keep the P3A as current version, and it ask for vendor key.

I search everywhere, still can;t get the P3A V604 vendor key.

Did anyone can help on my case?

next step when I choose "Keep Version", it prompt to ask vendor key.

but still not get the key
