Incorrect authority to perform this action on HCPR (BPC11)

I can run DM packages on BW ADSO but not on composite provider on HANA calculation view. I am getting the above error. It does work for my developer account but don't know what to assign to admin users so they can run Package link without getting the error.

I am not sure what access is missing at HANA layer so BPC user are able to load data from HCPR.

We were having this issue with any composite provider, not just ones based on calc views. I was able to resolve the issue by making sure the user had a role with the authorization object S_RS_HCPR. I granted display to the CP I was trying to load from. Once I created that entry, I was able to pull from other composites as well. Again, feels like a bug to me.
