SAP SAC - Include Comments in Export

Hi All,

Is it possible to inlcude the comments (Cells, Stories, Tables, Charts) or disscussions in an PDF or Slides Export Job? I tried different ways of exporting and checked available documentation, but i didn't find a solution for this.

We want to create Reports (Fram withoin a Story) and include the comments of the planners on f.ex. on stockout situations and disscussions on possible countermeasures.

Cheers and thanks,

    Hello Daniel,

    Nice to see your question.

Coincidentally I was also working on the similar topic for a SAC customer.

As of now, I could find only the below option available (as per the info from the SAP team)

DATA POINT Comment using the function 'Comment'.

    PDF export Output:

Please note that it was working only for the planning models and only the latest comment is available in the exported PDF.

You need to right click on the column of the report/table you would like to add comment then go to --> Add calculation ---> comment--> select single or multiple.

No need to add new column because it will automatically create new column for the comments.

Thank you for showing this workaround. Can you please give me more details on how you achieve it? I understand you add a new column, label it Comment. How do you put a function within it?
