Why do I recieve and error message when sending a Microsoft Outlook email?

We currently installed Sage 300 V 15.1 on Friday 2/10 and we have three workstations that are now experiencing an error message that I was advised was a Crystal Report permissions error. How do I fix it? Error Message:
