SCP mobile service IOS app issues

Hi All,

I created a Hybrid mobile application with SAP Cloud platform Mobile services and installed the app in IOS.

App working fine in Android, but in IOS we are getting crash issues in latest IOS (12.4) and custom API's which placed in ui5 app are not working in IOS. Tried with cordova voice & Azure cognitive voice plugin but both are not working in IOS.

Could you let me know if anything missed in IOS app development.

I think it may be helpful if you added some screenshots or additional information on what is not working. Any chance you also have an iOS device with an earlier iOS build (not 12.4) just to test out whether this is in fact the problem.

Additionally, is the build itself failing or just running the application on the iOS device fails. Either way, I would log a ticket with SAP Support to get the ball rolling as this may be an issue with the new iOS version so may save you time overall.

IOS device earlier version of 12.4 have issues only with 3rd party API's, other functionality(Chat with Conversational AI) working fine.

we are getting log for voice API failure in IOS device, attached the log to the incident now. for IOS 12.4 App is not getting opened, crashing before opening and no logs for that.

Build is successful and no issues at SAP mobile services side, issues occurring at running APP with 3rd party API's and with Latest IOS 12.4.
