Address field in My accounts APP is always empty

Hello experts,

We have standard app My Account by CRM. In display view, we have the field "Address" but it is always empty.

I have debugged it and I can see that in class CL_ADDR_PRINTFORM in method IF_ADDR_PRINTFORM~PRINTFORM, I can see that I lose the address data of the customer and it doesn't format it to map and show it in the screen.

Do you know how can I solve it? I mean, I don't know if it is necessary a customizing in BP master data for CRM or I have to extend the OData service and do the mapping for this field by myself.
