SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services Access - HTTP status 500

Hi experts,

I'm getting unexpected error while trying to access to the SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Service through the trial neo environment.

The strange behavior is that I was able to use properly the service till few day ago, but today something went wrong suddenly. I'm no longer able to:

1. show the qrCode in the popup advisory (see attachment scpms-admin.png )
2. close the advisory popup (see error attachment scpms-admin-close.png )
3. creating SAP Mobile Card (see error console attachment scpms-admin-f12console.png scpms-admin-http-500.png )

Please could you assist me to resolve the issues?

martingrasshoff raz.korn ido.goren could you please give me some hints about it? Do I need to reset my trial account p1940194513 on hcpms probably?
