Hi All,
I've got an problem. Some company I work for is experiencing some problems with SAP GUI. In SAP GUI they can open a Excel document. They can look into it and edit it if they want. When they're opening the Excel file, Excel also opens on the background (task manager). After they're done with the file, they close the file by F3 (of shift F3).
The next time they want to open a Excel file in SAP GUI, they get the message that a OLE-Program is still processing. This is caused by the Excel process that doesn't stop after they closed the file in SAP GUI. If they manually close Excel in the task manager, they can open the file again.
I've seen many topics about this problem in SAP, but every answer contains some scripting. We haven't done anything with scripting in SAP and this problem just occurred a few weeks ago, before that it was just working fine.
I've no clue about how to fix this and I hope someone can help me.
Thanks in advance,
Damian
I Already found the solution. It was caused by an add-in. By disabling this add-in, it solves the problem.

Hi S Sriram,
1. At this moment we are running SAPGUI 7.50. Do we need to upgrade to 7.60?
2. We're using O365 so thats running the latest version. Its running 32bit at the moment.

2. Have you update the latest service on MS office? Office version and is it 32 or 64 bit?
