We have recently interfaced a mobile solution with SAP PM for field technicians to be able to complete their work. Tool is similar to Work manager. As part of interface, when the work is completed the time confirmation happens in the back end (0 hrs) to let them know that work is complete. Also, we use CATS for time confirmations. With the interface now, CAT2 has stopped showing these confirmed operations in worklist.
Is there any setting that can allow the confirmed operations to be also included in worklist so that user can use it to book actual time in HR?
