C011N consumption posting no goods movement(261) for Backflush item, location EWM managed.

The requirement to be covered in S4 HANA 1809.

This is the production integration between EWM & PP.

The BOM will have both Back flush/Non-Backflush and both IM managed and EWM managed items.

The process is as below:

Production Order > Release > PMR > Staging in EWM > Warehouse task confirmation (EWM) (Staging completion) > confirmation in C011N, etc.,

When we go to CO11N, we see only Backflush item for consumption for 261 movement.

When we save, the goods movement should be posted.

Issue # Goods movement is not getting triggered (non 261), only confirmation is happening, no error.

Clue # Same process if I execute for IM storage location, Goods movement is happening.

Expected help # I want to know how we can post the goods movement (261) for EWM managed location.

Steps after goods movement # After goods movement, Outbound delivery will be created in EWM and we issue the stock from there.

It is possible to post automatic backflush from EWM storage location when production order confirmations in S/4HANA.

You need to set up the action definition.

    Action Definition: /SCWM/PRD_OUT_POST_GI_PP

In addition to the above, implemented below BC sets and configuration.

/SCWM/DLV_TRANSFER_PS_ORDER: Transfer posting of pick parts and release order parts

/SCWM/DLV_OUTBOUND_PC: Consumption posting for the production as backflushing

Goods Issue Process -> Define Document Type Determination for Outbound Delivery Process

    Document type - OPC

    Best Regards,
