Idocs stuck in SM58 even after executing RSARFCEX

Hi,

I have a very huge records with “Transaction Recorded" status stucked in SM58 in ERP system recently. I know that we can execute each Idocs individually by clicking F6. But if I want to execute them all at one go how can I do it? I've tried running the report RSARFCEX but it seems to have no effect. Can someone explain to me please why these idocs got stuck in the first place and how to execute them in one shot.

I have also checked SMQS -> qRFC resources and found the qRFC status is not Ok, is this a part of the problem?

Hi Hasnae,

Seems like the qRFCs are not registered and activated in the system. You can check with your basis team on this.

qRFC "red" status in SMQS can be the main problem. Let your BASIS team check it.
