Not used deactivated equipments in SO and Insurance for profit segment

Hi, everybody.

We need to have some limit to not use deactivated equipment in SO and register insurance for equipment. How to do this limit?

So you would need to develop a solution, probably at the equipment SAVE event, that looks at the data in the sales order and/or G/L posting and inhibits any equipment deactivation/deletion.

This could be done via user-exit IEQM0003 (SMOD) or BADI EQUI_UPDATE (SE18).

Do you enter the equipment number in sales order or G/L posting (F-02)?

Yes in Profit segment.

However for F-02 we can define equipment as an external to not using it. our problem is in sales order.

• How do you "deactivate" your equipment
• What do you mean by "..in SO and register insurance"
