SAP WebIDE Full Stack Access Error

Hello, colleagues.

I facing a problem with WebIDE Fullstack in my HCP trial account.

When I'm trying to open it, it gives me a 500 error:

HTTP Status 500 - An internal application error occurred. Request: 63477902 s0020917010trial:webidecp

I have checked the settings according to SAP KBA 2504580 in guided answers, but everything looks fine.

Subaccount: s0020917010trial

Region: Europe (Rot) - Trial

    Jens-Uwe Gross, Sabine Friedrich, Aliaksei Yurchak - All of you should have access to SAP Web IDE Full-Stack.

    Are you still facing the problem? Can you open your browser developer tools and check the console and the network traffic?

    This is what I get.

    In my opinion, it can be an issue on the service side, looks like some sort of bug.

    Hello as well,

    same for me. After accepting some new legal stuff yesterday morning first my trial account was reset and now I get "HTTP Status 500 - An internal application error occurred. Request: 2661231775 s0017236882trial:webidecp"

    My trust settings etc. look OK to me.

    Any hints are welcome. Thanks

    Hello,


    I am encountering the same issue while accessing SAP Web IDE Full-Stack.

    I get "HTTP Status 500 - An internal application error occurred. Request: 2522257343 p2001651480 trial:webidecp".


    I have tried the 4 solutions provided by this post.
    1. Set the Security Trust and enable Principal Propagation.
    2. Assign my User ID to the role DiDeveloper at Configure Service
    3. Create a new HTML5 Subscription (Subaccount to sapwebide, Application to webide and leave the Subscription Name as it is.)
    4. I have also checked the certification expiration date which is until 2029.

    But the same error still remains unresolved.
