If you have any idea what could be happening and how to fix it, I would appreciate it.
Thank you

Hi isaacceo,
If you are also facing an issue in the CheckHealth, I suggest you to install the printer driver again from the scratch.
Also check if the java was not updated automatically, in this case, you need to copy the files again.

Anderson

Hi Isaac,
Please, review this documentation and check if it helps you.
Another points to be checked:
1 - What is the printer model?
2 - What is the version of Java?
3 - Did you run the CheckHealth? What were the resuts?
Regards,
Anderson

Hi Isaac,
is the printer active? You put the printer dll files in the correct system (64/32) folder?
Best regards
Tobias
