I cannot get past the registration process. After completing the form and submitting, I get an response which says the review is in progress. I wait a day or so. I try again. And again. Nothing.
I called SAP Customer Support. They say my S account does not allow downloads.
However, I have downloaded HXE in the past with no problem whatsoever.
I even tried creating a brand new user with a new email address, hoping that it might be a problem with my long-standing S account. No luck with the new user either,
Is anyone able to get the Express Edition downloaded?
