Hi saumohan mohanty,

Is your issue still there or you already have followed the instructions that Phil & Markus has mentioned above & sorted out. If not, I have 1 more suggestion for you is to set IE your default browser & try in IE or Chrome

Since its purely your local System installation in Windows, you can also, in addition, go check the Event-Viewer/Application-Logs via "This PC"-->Right-click "Manage"

If the issue is resolved, then you can mention how you sorted the issue & then you can go for closing this Question Thread

Thanks,

Kaushik

Hi saurjya_1

Assuming you are doing this for non-productive purposes as you have downloaded the ZIP version of the SAP Cloud Connector. I woul redo your entire installation to be honest. It should look something like this:

- Download the latest JVM version (8.1.055).

- Download the MSI version of the Cloud Connector for Windows. This is a straight installer file so will go through the normal Windows install procedure.

https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/additional/sapcc-2.12.1.1-windows-x64.msi

During this install you will need to point back to the above JVM that you have extracted. I've installed using the above procedure heaps of times - always works!

Once you do this go to the browser and use https://localhost:8443 and you should see the SCC Login screen. Username = Administrator and initial password = manage

Try all that and see how you go!

Kind Regards

Or set JAVA_HOME to the place where you extracted SAP JVM. I assume that you might use some unsupported Java Version that is available from the path.

Best regards,
Markus

P.S.: It's SAP Cloud Connector, no longer SAP HANA Cloud Connector, actually for a Long time already
