Hi,
We have an issue for one of the users when we restart the data services Job server, the user's login stops working, preventing them from logging into Data services Designer/CMC, etc.
When checking in the CMC the user's credentials look ok and an account isn’t marked as locked.
Version: DS4.2 SP9
Please advise on why we are experiencing this behavior for this one user.
Any assistance is appreciated.
