Mass Billing document print preview in PDF Format.

Hi Gurus,

I would like to know if is possible to save a mass billing documents in PDF format, I can only be able to do this for a single document, Kindly advice.

Answer that comes first get a hamper.....

Yes, For example, If i have 15 billing documents, Can i convert them to PDF at a go at once, Without going to each document and perform the convertion. Which will take quite long time to do it? I checked on VF03 and VF31, if there is an option to upload more that one document , i could not find one.

To be fair, printing 15 billing documents that can be for different payers and dates into a single PDF file does not seem to be a very useful thing, but OK... what do I know. 🙂

You can adjust the printing of multiple billing documents to result in a single spool request and then use RSTXPDFT4to print from the spool to PDF. If the invoices are really huge you may need to read note 183355.

Regarding the creation of a single spool request - read notes 85318, 2107294 and 2199208.

If you actually meant generating 15 pdf files for 15 billing documents without going through VF03 you can also try printing via VF31 to a PDF printer.
