We performed a manual stress test to our soon-to-be productive portal (EP6 SP16) and a number of users (9 out of 40) started to get the following error when accessing our two Generic Application Integrator (SSO to web application) iviews:
Unable to process template 'MYSAPSSO2=<Request.SSO2Ticket>', because 'SSO2Ticket' is an invalid terminal property of the context 'Request'
We hadn't experienced this error previously during development or testing, and haven't been able to replicate it since. My understanding of the error message, is that the SSO2 cookie isn't available, i.e. it's been deleted or wasn't formed properly? Is this correct? Does anyone have any idea why this would only happen when there were multiple users on the portal? When the users logged out & logged in again, the errors stopped (presumably because the SSO2 cookie was re-created).
Any help/ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
