We get this error message when we will process a new output message email int the VL02N transaction:

Hi

You are using a customer report as print program (ZRVDANN01). Check also with your developer if the value for ADDNR (from deliv.dest.) is got for the form in the interface when the print program call the form (I believe an AdobeForm, because the name of subroutine contains PDF).

1° T.Code: OVT0

2° Click on General data

3° after that click on address

4° if its mandatory as you can remark it below then make it optional

it should be working afterwards.

Go to V/34 in order to find the form for that output type and deactivate the highlighted flag

But our message has associated an Adobeform,and in your example is an Smartform.

Do you you know what is the change in an AdobeForm?
