Using Solution Manager 7.2 to alert on expiring Sales contracts?

Hi,

Would it be possible to create a custom metric to alert our Sales team when a certain sales contract is about to expire? For instance, they get a yellow alert when a sales contract is expiring in 60 days, and perhaps a red alert when 30 days before the contract expire?

I have checked all the metrics in Business process Monitoring -analytics, both local catalogs and cloud KPI's and I am not able to find such a metric. We do not use CRM at this stage, but vanilla ERP6 on NW7.4.

Any ideas?

I have been looking through all those Sales metrics, but have not found one that deals with expiring contracts. I have tried to select one of the metrics and customize it in such a way to accomplish what we need, but no luck..

Hi,

yes you can.

Create an alert object in tcode soldoc, busines data --> Sales. Pick one of the alerts and configure accordingly.
