Year end closing ran into issue with hour confirmation on iw41

Hello Experts,

After creating and releasing the order in iw32 level. At the time of confirmation im getting error on december date, Start date- any date on december and posting date same as starting date. Please find the screenshot attached and suggest your valuable points.

Note: Getting this error only for December month other months if i give its showing it is locked.

first, did you try to follow the first option MMRV ?

second, it's not a big deal to have your configuration based on days instead of months. As I mentioned earlier, the point is linked to cancellation process of orders' confirmation/

You're getting this error either from the below control which is trouvable via MMRV:

Or from the following control which is visible in the screenshot and changeable through OKP1

This one is applicable in case of you'd like to lock the cancellation processus.

When you lock any one of the periods for the the 'Activity: Actual Activity Allocation', you are no longer able to cancel of your previous confirmed documents for the related period which are issued from your PM activities.
