Link between Physical inventory and Online Mass Balance (OMB)

Hello everyone,

I would like to check difference between Online Mass Balance (OMB) Report and Physical Inventory Report. Is it possible to link this two report in SAP?

So far I downloaded the Report from OMB and from Physical and after that I matched the two report in excel, seeking the differences. My question is, that is it possible to set a link between two Report in SAP? Because I would like to download just the differences in SAP.

The issue is about huge database and time saving.
