SAP Cloud Agent is not working

Hello everyone,

i was configuring the cloud agent in my SAP Analytics cloud, but am getting the below error.

"sap cloud agent is not configured correctly, please check your configuration settings".

But i have installed my cloud agent by using the link https://blogs.sap.com/2016/05/11/enable-sap-cloud-for-analytics-for-data-acquistion-from-on-premise-systems/.

i am not sure why i am getting the above error.

can someone help me on this.
