    Hi ganesh k,

Unfortunately you did not mention the details of the error, you only mentioned what issue you are facing due to the error you have. Generally, when an error occurs in any SAP System, there is a log file behind it, Could you please provide us info from log files. Was there any recent java parameters change in your system. You mentioned NWDS, is it possible for you that you can provide the Code you are trying use

Since your scenario is not very clear, I am therefore, mentioning for now some ways in below for your Heap increase,

    http://www.planetofbits.com/eclipse/increase-jvm-heap-size-in-eclipse/

    https://wiki.eclipse.org/FAQ_How_do_I_increase_the_heap_size_available_to_Eclipse%3F

    https://www.journaldev.com/10904/eclipse-out-of-memory-error-increasing-heap-memory-permgen-space

    Alternatively,

you can add "java -Xmx6144m" just before your code, for example

    Thanks,

    Kaushik
