CO46 Order Report not displaying all components

Hello to everyone,

Could anyone help me please with the following problem?

We have a Sales Order 0002289779 with the upper manufacturing level 3AFP200917808.

Here is the upper level structure:

As we can see from the screenshot, there are 3 inhouse production (Procurement Type E) levels in the structure with the with related materials that we have to purchase.

If I check the CO46 report for the SO 0002289779, then for some unknown reason I cannot see any requirements for those lower levels in the structure:

There is only upper level (3AFP200917808) structure available in the report.

On the other hand, from the COOIS report we can see that all the necessary Production Orders are available:

Actually it means that MRP worked correctly and we converted all the Planned Orders to the Production Orders correctly.

I have checked all the manufacturing (E-type) Material Masters and made sure that everything is set up correctly, at least as we usually do it. We have a lot of similar Sales Order for the same products, but in case of other Sales Orders the CO46 report works correctly, showing the whole structure. I have never encountered such a problem (anomaly) before.

Perhaps someone knows how to fix this issue?

Many thanks in advance guys,

Kim

Hello,

Which Overall Profile are you using? And what is number of Hierarchy levels defined there?

Hello. Thank you for your response. I'm using the same profile: SAP000000002 - SAP Standard Profile CO46

Hello,

Make sure that sales order linked to the production order CO03 under an Assignment tab. As CO46 works in make to order only.

In CO46 please tick Display format list based progress report and try it again.

Also what is the outcome of MD4C report? or select the sales order on MD094 and click the order report button?

Hello. Many thanks for your help!

The Production Orders are linked to the Sales Order, I can say it for sure:

"In CO46 please tick Display format list based progress report and try it again" - same result, structure is missing.

"Also what is the outcome of MD4C report" - same result as for CO46 report, structure is missing,

"Select the sales order on MD094 and click the order report button?" - what is MD094? Such trasaction cannot be found. Typo?

Hello,

MD09 is the transaction code, please run the sales order consistency check report like SDRQCR21

Hello. I found a root cause of the problem.

For some reason there was missing a manufacturing component 3AFP200917807 in the upper level 3AFP200917808 on the Production Order. I think that someone just deleted this row accidentally. I've made a "Read PP Master Date" for the Production Order and now CO46 report works properly - the whole structure is visible.

Mr. Rupesh Brahmankar, thank you very much for your help and for the time you spent!
