I am new Solution Manger 7.2 configuration in ITSM.
We have configure Service Request in ITSM . We have configure All require Mandatory step in Solution manger and ITSM .
Know we have configure Incident Management its work as per the our requirement .
But we have configure Server Request in this step i choosing Transaction type -- SMRQ to YMRQ.
after click on CRM_UI T-code in Solution manger 7.2 and choosing below role.
Create
incident
Service Request
We have select service request there is two option : SMRQ and YMRQ
i am click Transaction Type Description : SMRQ
then TOP service Request : Password Reset
IT Equipment Move
and other Service request option is enabled .
when have done same process we do in : YMRQ option
Service request is not enabled how i enable :
how i enable Top Service Request in
and how i customize service request
