My client already had Onboarding and RCM implemented in SAP Successfactors. They now are implementing LMS. But there in no Employee Central.
For data replication from SAP HCM to Onboarding & RCM a badi (HRSFI_B_EMPL_DATA_REPLICATION) is being used. For LMS we are using USER-INFO in Employee Profile to store the user related data. Do we use the same badi to fetch the data from SAP HCM ? if yes how? if no than which other BADi can be used.
