Dear all,
in France, businesses have to submit Audit File "The File of Accounting entries (FEC)". SAP provides DART Extract solution to produce the required file.
Now, my client is in discussion with Tax Auditor in France demanding that the Financial document texts (line item texts BSEG-SGTXT) should be always in French language (not only in the Extracted FEC File), which is also described in article: link
The catch is that in client's SAP system, we have thousands of financial postings every month which have origin in different applications which fill line item text with different texts, identifier etc.
If this French requirement is right and we need to have line item texts in French language, then also SAP standard programs like (example only) Depreciation Run which fills line item text as Asset Number & Asset Sub-Number would be potentially in scope for change.
Please if you are aware of any requirements in France like this, know any potential solution for such requirement, let me know.
