How to send payment run files to third party systems- Outbound file from S/4HANA Cloud

How to send payment run output files to third party systems from S/4HANA Cloud? The payment info is posted in tables REGUH, REGUP and PAYR but as we don't have access to these tables, I would like to know CDS views available to view this information. Our requirement is to forward the XML or CSV files to third party systems and we are looking the right API that can read the data and capture the required data in xml tags. Any help guidance is greatly appreciated.
