TR to TO creation with existing Handling units

Dear Experts,

I am creating handling units externally using HU02 in my HUM Storage location. This handling unit I want to move from one storage type to another storage type with the help of TR. I have created the TR manually and then I go for creating the TO with the help of this TR.

My problem is if I give the Source SU as the destination SU [the same HU no as SU], system does not accept and thus when I go for TO confirmation the HU withdrawal is not ticked and thus my HU doesn't move. This is working if I have a single material in HU and it move to next Storage type.

I have done all necessary configurations, I am using SAP WM+HUM+VAS, but still its not working.
