downloading web dynpro project

Hi I am trying to download a webdynpro project template from SDN in sammple tutorials. I downloaded it and extracted to my workspace. After that I created a webdynpro Project in NDS, and trying to import that into my NDS. When I open my Web Dynpro explorer, I dont see anything.

Can you please tell me how to successfully download the webdynpro project into NDS.
