Hi,
In our project we created one infoobject(ZORDPRD reference to 0FISCPER). Everyting if fine. If my user executes Query, we could see selection screen(Using Variable). if you check possible values(I mean press F4 on Fiscal Period field), then i could see entries from year 1944 to 2006. I know this is comming from SAP R/3. i want to maintain this Table.
Requirement: when ever user press F4 he needs to see from 2004 to 2006 periods only.
My Observation: It is getting data from the SID Table (/BI0/SFISCPER ) How can i maintain this table. Even if i delete the entries in the Table T009B, i could see entries in the Table SID Table. I think i can run the RSRV test to adjust the SID's. If i run RSRV on this Infoobject it saying we can't test like this. it is using another type of Number Range Object.
PLease guide me.
Thanks in Advance.
Regards,
Nagesh.
dear Nagesh,
instead of deleting these values,
not sure if you have tried to set fiscal year variant for query selection just to 'only values in infoprovider' or in 'dimension only' something.
check rsd1 tab 'business explorer',
and for web reporting, you can set in web template.
(i have no access to system now to check detail)
hope this helps.

AHP,
I mentioed you... this infoobject is reference to 0FISCPER. I can't change the attribute. I will check the option in Webtemplate. I need to change this for Web applications.
can we restrict this from Bex Query? i didn't find any option.
Comming to T009B. while system not displaying the entries in Masterdata Table.

Nagesh.
AHP,
Can you tell me how can i achieve this in Web Reporting? I checked several options. i have only Table Web Item in my Web Template.
Can i get this in Bex Reporting? i don't see any option? if i need to implement any scripting... my manager won't agree for that. why it's not displaying the values from T009B table? even i deleted entries from that table?
Thanks in advance. Please guide me.
Nagesh.
