Service Request ServiceIssueID migration in C4C using Data Workbench

Hi pros,

How can I migrate values into fields "Incident category", "Cause category" and "Resolution category" of Service Request using Data Workbench?

These fields are present in standart migration template, but can't be found in csv template from DataWorkbench.

Moreover, if i export Tickets from Data Workbench all 3 fields are present in the resulting file. But they are called as "MainIncidentServiceIssueID", "MainCauseServiceIssueID" and "MainActivityServiceIssueID." These technical ID field names are not present in Data Workbench template either!

So I now how to download data from these 3 fields from C4C, but there is no way to upload them using Data Workbench.

    Which object are you using Ticket or ServiceTicket?

    I tried using the Ticket object found there is ServiceIssueCategoryID but not the other two.
