The action cannot be performed

We are using BI 4.2 SP3 patch 3.

We were advised to go to this latest patch to resolve the action cannot be performed. And it did - for a bit, now its come back and NO ONE can edit their reports! This is really damaging our business. I have raised a ticket, but its a week old now and NO ONE has answered it.

Come on SAP, whats up with this???

after upgrading to BI 4.2 SP3 patch 5 we get the same error message for scheduled webi reports via restful.

could you solve this problem?
