ABAP Transaction for Super Message Monitor

Hi,

I have got a question regarding the creation of ABAP transaction. I have created a programm according to the weblog:

/people/alessandro.guarneri/blog/2006/02/14/super-message-monitor-for-sap-xi

The program runs fine. When I create a transaction for it and set the startdynpro to 1000 I get the entry screen with no sensible default settings. When I execute the message search transaction is quit without any trace etc., though it is working fine in the corresponding ABAP program. What could be the problem here?

Heiko,

Looks like you have chosen the first option while creating the transaction - Dialog transaction.

As this is a report, choose the second one - Program and Selection screen.

That should solve your issue.
