Trex Error code 2960

Hi friends,

I have installed trex on Win2003 with IIS6.0.All the services in trex server are green including httpserver.I also configured the proxy settings in EP(on seperate machine).When i create my first index in index administration i get this error "Index could not be created; creating index failed: The index server (for the specified indexes) cannot be determined (Errorcode 2960)".

I have also given the nameserver and port no in visual administrator in EP.can anybody tell me what is wrong?
