During filling up the setup tables for BX, BF.. we have to lock all the user to prevent the transactions. In our project there are so many users who are using the system during night hours and its not possible to lock the user..Is there anyother way that i can achieve filling up the setup tables without locking..

Are there any specific transaction codes that i can lock during filling up tables...With the help of basis team can we achieve this? Help is really appreciated.
